A. Overnight Kids camps and Teen camp end with a banquet and awards ceremony at 5:30 pm, Friday night.  You and your family are invited to join us for supper, followed by a final awards ceremony and farewell.  Things generally wrap up around 7:30 pm. Outbound Campers do not have a closing program.  We often get back to camp late Thursday night and they can be picked up then, or alternatively they are welcome to spend the night and be picked up by 10:00 a.m. on Friday morning.

Q. What time is the Canada Day picnic?

A: Our Canada Day Picnic starts at 10:30 on July 1.  There will be a BBQ lunch at 12:30 pm.

Q. Can my child be in the same cabin as last year?

A:Cabins are assigned according to age, so, unless your child has discovered the fountain of youth, it’s unlikely that they will be in the same cabin as last year.  However, if they’re hankering for something familiar, let ’em know that they can always request a particular cabin mate or leader, to help ward off those “first night blues”.

Q: What if my child is sick?

A: Sickness spreads very quickly in the contained environment of camp.  If our staff become sick, we may need to cancel weeks of camp depriving other children of the opportunity to attend.  For that reason we ask that you not send sick children to camp!  Please phone and we would be happy to book you an alternate week of camp.  If your child is found to have been sent to camp sick, they will be sent home with absolutely no refund.  Thank you for your understanding.

Q. Do you have a dress code? What will you be teaching my child? What church are you affiliated with?

A. All these questions and more are answered under the Policies tab in the parent’s drop down menu.  Just sitting there, for your reading pleasure!
